    Question : comment vous gérez les patients qui sont passés de LAA à LAMal en cours de traitement ? On a un cas où le patient avait un accident reconnu SUVA et la prise en charge a basculé en LAMal après 6 mois. Les deux systèmes de facturation sont tellement différents que c’est devenu un casse-tête administratif.

    Notre assurance a finalement accepté mais ça a pris 2 mois de ping-pong.
